Pay Rate: $86/hr (Candidates with higher expectations may be submitted; preference for ≤ $86/hr)
Experience: Mid–Senior Level (8+ years total experience)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Kinaxis Rapid Response Consultant to lead and support end-to-end Kinaxis implementations. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise in supply chain planning along with hands-on experience in configuring and delivering Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams to design, implement, and support scalable supply chain planning solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead and support end-to-end Kinaxis Rapid Response implementations
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical Kinaxis solutions
- Design, configure, customize, and deploy Kinaxis Rapid Response applications
- Collaborate with business users, architects, and project teams to optimize supply chain processes
- Support testing, deployment, training, and knowledge transfer activities
- Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot application issues
- Ensure timely and successful project delivery through stakeholder coordination
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response (hands-on configuration & customization)
- Proven experience with end-to-end Kinaxis implementations
- Deep understanding of Supply Chain Planning, including:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- S&OP
- Kinaxis Solution Consultant Certification (Level 1 or above)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- 4+ years of hands-on Kinaxis experience (6–8 years overall experience)
- Exposure to advanced Kinaxis modules and integrations
- Experience in global or multi-country supply chain environments
- Knowledge of ERP and data integrations (SAP, Oracle, ETL, etc.)
