We are looking for an Insurance BA (MDM exp) – Onsite opportunity with one of our clients.

Job Description

Position:
Insurance BA (MDM exp)

Location:
Iselin, NJ - Onsite

Contract:
Long term

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Underwriting, Claims, Policy, and Customer Service to gather and document business and data requirements
• Lead workshops and sessions to identify and prioritize master data entities (Customer, Policy, Claims, Broker, Product, etc.)
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements for MDM solutions
• Work closely with data architects, developers, and QA teams to support the design and delivery of MDM solutions
• Define and document data governance rules, data quality metrics, and stewardship models Support data profiling and data mapping activities between source systems and MDM hub Validate MDM outputs including golden record creation, survivorship rules, and data enrichment processes
