We are looking for a Solution Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of technological solutions within the Insurance domain. This role requires strong expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, and proven experience managing global delivery teams, including offshore resources. The ideal candidate will combine technical leadership with delivery excellence to ensure successful implementation of complex, enterprise-scale solutions.

• Delivery Leadership: Own the delivery lifecycle for strategic insurance technology initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
• Solution Architecture: Collaborate with enterprise architects to design scalable, cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS
  , microservices
  , and event-driven architectures
  .
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business, technology teams, and offshore partners to align requirements and delivery goals.
• Team Coordination: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across multiple geographies, fostering collaboration and adherence to best practices.
• Modernization Programs: Drive transformation from legacy monolithic systems to modern, modular platforms using Domain-Driven Design (DDD),
  Cloud adoption
  , Agentic transformation
  , and Event Driven framework
  .
• Dev Ops & Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies to accelerate delivery and improve reliability.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards within the insurance domain.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote innovation through adoption of emerging technologies such as AI-driven insights and workflow automation.

• Insurance Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of insurance processes, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
• Cloud-Native Technologies: Hands-on experience with AWS or similar platforms.
• Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture: Proven track record in delivering solutions using Spring Boot
  , Kafka
  , and AWS Serverless stack

• Delivery Management: Experience leading large-scale programs with distributed teams, including offshore delivery.
• Technical Leadership: Advanced proficiency in Java

  , React
  , NodeJS
  , multi-threaded programming, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Certifications: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent preferred.

Annual base pay range: $145,000 - $155,000.
