Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their office in Iselin, New Jersey

Job Details
  • Assist Total Rewards team by providing compensation analysis and models
  • Create and update dashboards to deliver HR metrics
  • Manage regular data audits
  • Assist with system integrations and ensure data integrity during migrations
  • Prepare reports and presentations with synthesized data
  • Ensure compliance with HR best practices and legal regulations/laws
  • Salary: $70-80k annually, based on experience
  • Excellent benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance, generous PTO and 401(k)!
    • Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years’ experience in data analytics
  • Previous HR or Compensation experience preferred
  • Expert Excel skills required
  • Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, projects, and deadlines
  • Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
