Payroll Assistant

We are hiring a Payroll Assistant for one of our clients in Woodbridge, NJ
.

• Utilize applicable software to balance and distribute payroll information.
• Edit, key and/or verify attendance sheets and one-time adjustment.
• Processes incoming paperwork relative to change affecting the payroll (for example:).
• Income tax withholding
• Transfers, termination and retirements
• Attendance calendar changes
• Temporary Disability & Workers’ Compensation
• Employee banking information for Direct Deposit.

• Peoplesoft HR.
• Microsoft Excel

• 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Lunch

  1 hour (12 pm-1 pm/1 pm-2 pm)
