Overview
Our client, a growing professional services firm headquartered in the Iselin, NJ area, is seeking a Compensation & HRIS Manager to join their Human Resources leadership team. This newly created role will play a critical part in shaping and managing a global compensation strategy while also overseeing the organization's HRIS platform. This position offers an excellent opportunity to influence how employees are rewarded and how data is leveraged to support business decisions in a fast-growing, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage a company-wide compensation and rewards framework aligned with business objectives and performance outcomes
- Oversee base pay, incentive plans, and other compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and internal equity
- Manage and optimize the HRIS platform (ADP preferred), ensuring accurate data, reporting, and system functionality
- Partner with senior leadership to support workforce planning, pay strategies, and organizational growth
- Provide analytics, modeling, and reporting related to compensation, headcount, and workforce trends
- Lead and develop processes that support talent attraction, retention, and engagement
- Ensure compliance with applicable compensation and HR data regulations
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong background in compensation, incentive programs, and HRIS management
- ADP experience highly preferred
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive process improvements
- Newly created position due to company growth
