Ansell is looking for a Global Wellness Programs Manager to join our team!

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 U.S. Dollars per year

Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.

In this position, you will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and managing holistic wellness initiatives that enhance employee health, well-being, engagement, and productivity across our organization. This role will initially focus on establishing a strong culture of health and engagement within the U.S. employee population, with a longer-term mandate to support global scalability.

Partnering closely with Total Rewards leadership, HR stakeholders, and external consultants, you will translate a multi-year wellness strategy into actionable annual plans and ensure consistent, effective execution across global sites.

Role responsibilities
  • Execute and evolve a global wellness strategy aligned with company values and business objectives
  • Design and manage programs supporting physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being
  • Lead wellness initiatives across regions, ensuring cultural relevance, inclusivity, and scalability
  • Partner with HR, Total Rewards, and local site teams to integrate wellness programs into benefits offerings
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage global wellness vendors and platforms
  • Support contract negotiations and ensure vendor performance, service quality, and compliance
  • Develop and deliver communication campaigns to promote wellness programs and drive participation
  • Create educational resources and coordinate wellness events, webinars, and initiatives
  • Track program effectiveness using KPIs, utilization data, and employee feedback
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to support continuous improvement
  • Ensure programs comply with applicable health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality, data privacy, and ethical standards across all initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wellness program management, ideally in a global or multi-region environment
  • Strong understanding of health and wellness trends, mental health initiatives, and employee engagement strategies
  • Proven project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
