Treasury Accounting

Job Description

The Treasury Accounting Staff will be responsible for managing a variety of treasury-related financial transactions, payments, reconciliations, and tax obligations. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple financial processes, and a commitment to accuracy in banking and treasury functions.

• Initiate wire transfers and ensure proper documentation.
• Print and distribute checks, manage township demands, and process recurring payables.
• Scan and deposit funds to PNC Bank, handle voids, and initiate stop payments as needed.
• Manage tax payments, including Bait, e-file, and non-resident payments; bill non-resident partners accordingly.
• Perform bank reconciliations for tenant security and escrow accounts.

• Experience in accounting, treasury, or a related financial role preferred.
• Proficiency in banking and accounting software, with experience in Yardi a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling financial data.

We are a property management company with approximately 95+ apartment communities throughout New Jersey.
