Title:

Dividend / P&I Analyst

Duration: 6 Months

Location:

Iselin, NJ – Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 WFH)

Asset Servicing – Cash Dividends & Fixed Income Analyst

• Responsible for the processing of global cash dividends, and domestic P&I events
• Knowledge of and experience with international markets (Asia, Europe, Latin America)
• Knowledge of foreign country tax treaties, withholding tax rates, and tax reclaims
• Experienced dealing with depots, trustees, agents banks, and various industry clearing houses
• Knowledge and experience with Euroclear / EUCLID system
• Experience utilizing DTC CA Web Portal
• Experience in processing coupon interest payments, and bond factor adjustments
• Reconcile open payables and receivables
• Perform pre-event and post-event reconciliations across all events to ensure processing efficiency
• Monitor and reconcile open payables / receivables
• Monitor firm control accounts, cash balances and positions, for senior management reporting
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business partners
• Execution of departmental policies, procedures, and controls to ensure best practice execution
• Mitigate risk associated with event processing
• Work closely with audit, risk management, and product control teams
• Develop and enhance business initiatives related to processes and controls
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Prioritize workload and tasks
• Strong research and analytical skills enabling for the ability to identify risk scenarios
• Team oriented individual who works well with all business partners
• Possess a strong understanding of business needs and concerns

  Completed High School (Diploma or GED), but not required or Minimum 10 years
