Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data management sector, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Database Engineer 4 - Contingent to join their dynamic team. As a Database Engineer 4 - Contingent, you will be an integral part of the Data Solutions Department supporting innovative initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Database Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Database Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to deliver effective solutions.
• Support offshore teams and provide technical guidance on big data, Python, and Java projects.

• 5+ years of experience in Database Engineering or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
• Proficiency in big data technologies, Python, and Java programming languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience supporting offshore teams and managing large-scale database projects.
