- Process Orders – Efficiently process customer orders received through various channels.
- Accuracy Review – Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness; follow up promptly on discrepancies.
- Warehouse Collaboration – Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure seamless fulfillment, inventory status, and special cold‑storage requirements.
- Manage heavy email and phone call volume professionally and efficiently.
- Follow up with internal and external customers in a timely manner.
- Audit and Discrepancy Resolution – Regularly audit systems and reports, take corrective action to maintain order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently as needed.
- Experience – Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Skills – Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, Word); excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to handle a fast‑paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
