Opportunity

As a member of the Organizations and People Technology team, you will apply HR technical strategies, select and manage HR information systems/software, assess business models to engage digital consumers at every touch‑point, and may also manage payroll preparation, processing and administration to reduce cost and risk.

  • Deliver high‑quality client service, insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities.
  • Communicate effectively, integrate into and lead new teams, and rapidly establish relationships.

Qualifications
  • Relevant professional experience, including previous work with a Big 4, global management consultancy, niche consultancy or an in‑house role with large‑scale projects.
  • 3–4 years of prior experience.
  • Personal success in current role with experience in one or more of EY’s capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and comfortable working in a hybrid environment (average 3 days/week at a client site or EY office).
  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant post‑graduate qualification.
Preferred
  • Project management experience with global or multi‑national payroll projects.
  • Global payroll consulting experience and knowledge of technology vendors (ADP, People Soft/Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.) and implementation worldwide.
  • Large‑scale project management experience.
  • Strong analytical acumen and proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation: $100,600–$165,900 (US) with ranges for NYC, Washington and CA; benefits include medical, dental, pension, 401(k) and paid time off.
  • Hybrid model: most client‑serving roles work together in person 40‑60% of the time.
  • Flexible vacation policy with time off for EY paid holidays, winter/summer breaks, personal/family care and other leaves of absence.
