Audit Associate - Project Controlling (CPM) Focus

Atlanta, GA; or Iselin, NJ.
- Independently review project financials and provide assurance on commercial project management topics as part of audit engagement teams
- Analyze business processes, goals, and strategy to provide interpretation to management
- Design and lead comprehensive audits following the agile audit methodology to address identified risks
- Independently drive assurance objectives, define and align conclusions and recommended improvements to drive change in the organization
- Foster innovation and development of processes and methodology and promote digital use cases with the data analytics team
- Lead meetings with Senior Management and drive discussions about conclusions and next steps
- Lead by example in challenging environments, coach and mentor fellow team members by sharing expertise
- 6 plus years of relevant project management, project controlling, or other relevant operation and financial experience in industries like Siemens or comparable Big 4 accounting/consulting firms
- BS/BA or higher in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance
- Fluent English with strong reading, writing, and interpretation skills
- 6 plus years of experience in leading project teams
- Willingness and ability to travel 30%, including internationally
- Masters/MBA and CPA, ACCA, or ACA qualification is highly preferred
- 6 plus years of experience ideally in an international environment with knowledge in project management and/or project controlling (Agile, PMP, PM@Siemens)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
