As a Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the Technicians.
*
* Primary Responsibilities:

*** Set up and operation of triage and the quality control system.
* Provides technical advice to service customers and technicians.
* Reviews apprentices’ skills and abilities and recommends additional and ongoing training accordingly.
* Diagnoses and performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership, factory and warranty policies and procedures.
* Discusses any problems related to the repair with service management.
* Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.
** Skills and Qualifications
*** Minimum 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in the service department.
* Completion of high school diploma or vocational equivalent.
* 310S Automotive service technician trade certification.
* Valid Ontario Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract.
