Are you an experienced legal professional looking to join a dynamic and growing team? A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a proactive and personable Legal Administrative Assistant to join its office in Iselin, NJ. This full-time, on-site position supports a dedicated group of five attorneys and plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Details
  • Coordinate attorney calendars, meetings, travel, and appointments
  • Assist with time entry, client billing, and invoice processing
  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence
  • Manage client files and conduct conflict checks
  • Handle document filing, including electronic court submissions
  • Provide high-touch client service and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Serve as the on-site liaison for the national Office Manager
  • Salary Range: $65-82k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a law firm or legal support role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Typing speed of 65+ WPM with high accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with client-facing responsibilities
  • A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
