Equitable is looking for a dynamic Branch Office Coordinator to join our team. This position is an onsite role based out of our Woodbridge, NJ office.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Office and facilities management – Woodbridge, NJ office
  • Front Desk Responsibilities
  • Sourcing for VPs through Linked In, Indeed, Handshake
  • Conference Room reservations
  • Mail and check processing
  • Onboarding/Offboarding
  • Pre-employment with advisors
  • Office / Pantry supplies
  • Lexmark point of contact
  • Building security access, desk keys, mailbox management
  • Email distribution groups & directory
  • Coordinate in-house training
  • Miscellaneous projects

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $64,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
