Equitable is looking for a dynamic Branch Office Coordinator to join our team. This position is an onsite role based out of our Woodbridge, NJ office.
What You’ll Be Doing- Office and facilities management – Woodbridge, NJ office
- Front Desk Responsibilities
- Sourcing for VPs through Linked In, Indeed, Handshake
- Conference Room reservations
- Mail and check processing
- Onboarding/Offboarding
- Pre-employment with advisors
- Office / Pantry supplies
- Lexmark point of contact
- Building security access, desk keys, mailbox management
- Email distribution groups & directory
- Coordinate in-house training
- Miscellaneous projects
The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $64,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Office Administration: Knowledge of office administration activities; ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of local and remote teams.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
