Location: Iselin, NJ Area
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Fully Onsite)
Compensation: Up to $70,000 annually

About the Opportunity
Ascendo Resources is partnering with a stable and growing organization in the Iselin, NJ area to identify an Accounting Clerk to join their team. This position reports directly to the Controller and offers a collaborative environment with flexibility - no micromanagement or clock-watching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle Accounts Payable
• Manage Accounts Receivable activities (no collections required)
• Perform account reconciliations
• Assist with general ledger support
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in AP and/or AR
• Experience with MRI software strongly preferred (commonly used in property management environments)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Stable work history with demonstrated tenure in prior roles
• Must reside locally to the Iselin, NJ area (long commutes are not preferred)
