Overview
Vaco is working with a great company in search of a Credit & Collections Specialist near Woodbridge, NJ.
Responsibilities- The Credit & Collections Specialist will reconcile accounts receivables
- Dealing with collections heavily via phone/emails
- The Credit & Collections Specialist will be resolving any customer/client issues
- Analyzing aging reports
- Applying payments, ACHs, to proper accounts
- The Credit & Collections Specialist entering data into accounting software and Excel
- ERP software experience preferred
- Prior AR experience especially within collections is helpful
