Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Air Export Specialist to join our team. This operational role primarily involves data entry within the logistics and freight forwarding sector. The position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage logistics operations efficiently.

• Perform data entry tasks related to logistics and freight forwarding.
• Provide customer service support through email communication.
• Arrange pickups for customers and coordinate trucking transportation to and from shippers.
• Organize air and ocean carriers for shipments.
• Maintain constant communication with overseas offices regarding shipment details.
• Ensure billing and email communications are up-to-date.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• 0-3 years of retail or office experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proactive and go-getter attitude.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in ocean import is a plus.
• Entry-level candidates, including recent college graduates, are encouraged to apply.

The position is 100% onsite. The schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour unpaid lunch. The office environment is modern and renovated, promoting a culture of growth and development. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WOOD DALE, IL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
