The Role:
Outbound Rehash Sales Representative
We are seeking a proven, experienced rehash sales professional who excels at converting “almost sold” opportunities into closed deals—
over the phone
.
As an Outbound Rehash Sales Representative, you will follow up with warm, previously presented prospects who did not initially commit. These are not cold calls
. These customers already know Redo Cabinets, have seen the value, and need a skilled, confident closer to address concerns, reinforce value, and guide them to a decision.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Thrives on persuasion and influence
- Understands buyer hesitation and knows how to overcome it
- Is motivated by performance-based compensation
- Has a track record of closing deals others couldn’t
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact previously presented customers who did not purchase
- Re-engage prospects by reinforcing the Redo Cabinets value proposition
- Identify and overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
- Create urgency and help customers reach a confident buying decision
- Accurately document conversations and outcomes in the CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed conversion and revenue goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in outbound phone sales, rehash sales, or closing warm leads
- Demonstrated success converting lost or stalled opportunities into sales
- Strong persuasion, listening, and objection-handling skills
- Confident, professional phone presence
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or high-ticket sales is a strong plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus commission structure
- Total expected compensation $125,000 for top performers
