Salary: $20 - $24 / hour (based on experience)

As a Warehouse Associate, you will serve a dual role as a chemical production operator and inventory clerk. Your work ensures every item is handled safely, accurately, and on time.

Responsibilities include:

• Receive, store, and pick chemicals accurately, maintaining 100% SKU-to-label integrity.
• Perform weigh-ups and repackaging of chemical products according to SOPs.
• Handled products according to SOPs to prevent loss or non-compliance.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE when handling chemicals.
• Maintain organized, “ready-for-service” workstations and equipment.
• Support cycle counts, audits, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest practical improvements to leadership.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse operations or chemical production preferred.
• Ability to follow complex SOPs and handle chemicals safely.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts, weigh-ups, and batch preparation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, and use ladders safely.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or willingness to learn quickly.
