Join Our Team:
Plant / Warehouse Supervisor with a growing nutraceutical manufacturer located in Wood Dale, IL. We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Plant / Warehouse Supervisor to lead our daily production and logistics operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a background in GMP-regulated manufacturing, we want to hear from you. This is an active, operational role where you will have a direct impact on our facility's day-to-day success.

Location:

Wood Dale, IL (On-site/In-person)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, Day Shift (Daytime hours). Flexibility required based on production schedules and shipments.

• Oversee daily production, shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations while ensuring strict adherence to GMPs, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Staff Leadership:
  Training, coaching, and supervising production and warehouse teams.
• Operational Oversight:
  Coordinating production schedules, material staging, and order fulfillment.
• Inventory & Logistics:
  Managing inbound raw materials, outbound finished goods, and accurate inventory cycle counts.
• Facility Readiness:
  Maintaining organized spaces and supporting equipment setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Collaboration:
  
  Working closely with Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to promote a culture of accountability.

• Education:
  
  High School (required)
• Experience:
  
  3 years in a managerial or supervisory role within operations
• Essential functions:
  
  Wearing steel toe shoes; manual lifting up to 50 lbs; standing for up to 8 hours; overtime up to 8 hours per week

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
