We are hiring a dependable and motivated CNC Programmer to join our client’s growing sheet metal and machining team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term career growth, a stable environment, and modern equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Create CNC programs for Mills and Lathes
- Develop setups for CNC Mills and Lathes and operate equipment when necessary
- Design and program sheet metal components for CNC punch, laser, and waterjet machines
- Standardize tooling, feeds, and speeds across the machine shop
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain CNC program databases
- Design tools and fixtures to support manufacturing departments
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- CNC Mills (Haas)
- CNC Lathes (Haas)
- CNC punch, laser, and waterjet machines
- 2+ years of CNC programming experience (Master
CAM preferred) - Knowledge of AutoCAD and Solid Works a plus
- Hands-on experience with Haas CNC milling and lathes
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and sheet metal fabrication
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and balance multiple projects
