DescriptionInternational Logistics company is looking for Japanese Bilingual Logistics Branch Manager.
- Engage in significant out of office sales activities.
- Provide consultation to corporate clients to promote and develop business.
- Review and evaluate financial performance data to implement strategic ideas of achieving growth and expansion for the branch.
- Recruit, select, train and retain a qualified workforce to help achieve growth and expansion.
- Conduct performance appraisals, develop subordinates for promotions and salary increases, and also discipline, demote and/or terminate employees when necessary.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of exporting and importing household items, primarily through ocean transport.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding and import/export business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
