Sr. Project Manager - IT - 18157
DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager role provides business and technical leadership for multiple IT Development projects within the Digital Technology and Analytics group. This role will be supporting both Agile and Waterfall projects collaborating with the multiple Development Teams, Quality Assurance, Product Management Teams, Security and Infrastructure Teams to ensure successful delivery of the Projects with the committed deliverables. The resource should have a go-getter personality and be able to resolve any impediments that hinder the Project's timely completion.
What you will be responsible for:
- Lead more than one Software Development teams supporting multiple projects
- Lead and mentor 2 to 3 project managers
- Schedule and facilitate all Scrum Ceremonies, identify risks, track dependencies and remove impediments
- Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress to all affected teams and management.
- Work with Product Owner to review and prioritize the product backlog so the right work is done in the right order
- Provide leadership updates on measures, impact assessment, removal of roadblocks, and conflicts on change of scope decisions
- Capability to work remotely and onsite with a diverse group of stakeholders in different time zones
- Conduct post-mortem reviews and retrospectives to capture lessons learned
What you need to be successful in this role:
- 10 years of project management experience, managing complex software projects and applying agile and waterfall methodologies
- Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to analyze team progress, present appropriate burndown charts, and provide executive level presentations on that analysis with business impacts and proposed mitigation plans.
- Experience with Azure Cloud Architecture
- Consistent track record working with a Dev Ops suite of tools
- PMP Certification
- Nice to Have - Previous Software Development experience
- Bachelor (B.A./B.S.) degree from four-year College or university required; and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $109,000 to $155,000 annually
. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
