Associate Construction Project Manager

Position Description

* Plan, schedule, oversee and direct construction or service management of projects

* Fiscal responsibility for assigned projects, including projects costs, profitability, and forecasting

* Communicate directly with contractors, designers, customers, and users concerning project requirements, costs, staffing, and scheduling

* Act as liaison between customer, engineering, manufacturing, and sales

* Prepare project status reports and work to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications

* Responsible for all project related paperwork; this can include documentation of conversations, change orders, and customer notifications

* Responsible for the review of bill of materials, test reports, time sheets, and expense reports of field personnel

* Document and report all warranty and rework issues related to assigned projects

* Work to ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication, timely responses, and actively working to meet customer schedules and expectations

* Conduct project reviews and feedback on the internal process of project completion

* May need to apply for US Security Clearance

* 30% domestic travel

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent

* Familiarity with contracts and constructions management concepts

* Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures

* Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

* PMP Certification

* LEED Certification

Compensation Information

Base salary range $56,000 - $65,900 USD (Annually)
