Coordinating with international and domestic freight forwarders to keep operations seamless. Designing efficient, cost-saving shipping solutions that meet critical deadlines. Managing logistics queries with swift, effective solutions . Driving departmental KPIs and reporting on performance. Taking the lead on large-scale global projects
