Job Overview
Position: LGV Cat C (HGV Class
2) Nights Out – based in Bilston, WV14 8TS
.
Contract:
Permanent (Full-Time) 45 hours per week, with overtime. Shift patterns:
Monday to Friday, minimum of 3 nights out per week (starting 04:00 – 06:00). Pay: £30,775 based on a 45 hour week, plus £26.20 per night out.
- Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (LGV Cat
C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card - Have a minimum of 6 months commercial LGV Cat C experience
- Live locally in Bilston WV14 8TS
- Be an Ambassador for DHL Supply Chain, exhibit a Can Do, Right First Time and Passionate approach to your role
- Enjoy working as part of a successful team
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
- Deliver steel products to factories – average 8–10 drops over a 2 day period; no manual handling, only secure strapping of the load
- Be available for up to 3 nights out per week starting between 04:00 and 06:00
