About the roleWe are looking for compassionate, adaptable, and reliable Bank Support Workers who are committed to providing quality housing related support for people living in our 24-hour emergency and complex needs supported accommodation, as well as those placed in our follow‑on units. You will work alongside people, helping them to fulfil their potential.
Responsibilities- Encourage positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living.
- Work closely with partners across the county and take a multi‑agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals.
- Support tenants with their goals, complete essential safety checks, manage incidents when they arise, and ensure the building remains a safe and welcoming environment.
- Provide flexible shift patterns, including days, nights, or a mix, across P3 services in Wolverhampton and the West Midlands.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of issues facing service users.
- Friendly, proactive, positive, approachable, and non‑judgemental attitude.
- Ability to work flexibly during days or nights.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Subject to an enhanced DBS check paid by P3.
