Social Worker Adults Ageing Well Team Wolverhampton £31.97 per hour Initially for 3 months

Join our dynamic Adults Ageing Well Team in Wolverhampton as a Social Worker, where you’ll earn £31.97 hourly. This full‑time role, working 37 hours each week from Monday to Friday (09:00 AM – 05:00 PM), is initially for 3 months, offering you the chance to make a real difference while enjoying the flexibility and variety of locum work. What you will do
  • Conduct assessments to identify the needs of older adults and develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with other health and social care professionals to provide coordinated support and interventions.
  • Provide information, advice, and guidance to clients, families, and caregivers, helping them navigate through available resources and support systems.
  • Monitor and review care plans to ensure they meet the changing needs of clients.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records and ensure compliance with service standards and policies.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in social work.
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant frontline experience as a qualified social worker in UK social services.
