Hours:

Monday – Friday, 08:30am – 16:30pm

We’re looking for a motivated Internal Sales & Estimator to join our dynamic team at our Bilston headquarters. This is a key role in supporting sales growth, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring outstanding customer service. If you’re commercially aware, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate quotations and estimates for customers.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Identify new business opportunities through research and proactive engagement.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

* Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

* Adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality management standards.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in sales or estimating (industry experience preferred but not essential).

* Strong knowledge of estimating techniques and cost analysis.

* Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication and presentation skills.

* GCSE-level education or equivalent.

* Knowledge of HVAC and ventilation products (advantageous).

* IT proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Email).

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Commercially aware with a proactive approach to sales.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimates.

* Positive attitude and ability to build strong customer relationships.

The Package:

* Salary: £29,000 – £31,000 per year.

* 33 days annual leave + 8 days statutory Bank Holidays and a Christmas / New Years closure
