The Role The Sales Directorwilltakefullownershipofthe UK&Internationalsalesstrategy,managingahigh-performingcommercialteamwhiledevelopinglong-termrelationshipswith

  • Collaboratecloselywith Product,Engineering and Marketingteamstoinfluenceproductroadmapandmarketpositioning.
  • Overseeforecasting,budgetingandperformancereportingto

    Boardlevel.
  • Representthebrandatindustryevents,tradeshowsandpartnermeetings.

Experience & Requirements
  • Proventrackrecordasa Sales Director ,Headof Salesor Senior Commercial Leaderwithinsecuritysystems ,electronichardware,devicemanufacturingorrelated

  • Strongknowledgeofphysicalsecurityhardware(e.g.,access control,surveillance,sensors,perimeterprotection,communication devices).
  • Experiencemanagingcomplex

    OEMorhardware-basedsolutionsalescycles.
  • Demonstrablesuccessscalingsalesteamsanddrivingsustainedrevenuegrowth.
  • Strongcommercialacumenwithabilitytoengageat

    C-suite level.
  • Technicalaptitudewithabilitytotranslatecomplexproductfeaturesintocustomersolutions.
  • Excellent leadership,negotiationandstakeholdermanagementskills.
  • Willingnesstotravelinternationallyasrequired.
