As an Apprentice Sales Assistant you’ll serve customers with a smile, share our amazing Star Buys, and ensure everyone leaves feeling great. You’ll help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, playing a key role in smashing store targets.

This hands‑on, fast‑paced role is never boring and packed with chances to learn. We see our Apprentice Sales Assistants as future Team Leaders and will give you everything you need to grow with brilliant training and real opportunities to progress.

Your training will take place in‑store over the first 12 months – no college days, no homework! At the end of the training period you will complete a discussion around your experiences and an observation of you performing your role, supported throughout by your team and tutor to achieve the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

• A positive mindset and clear communication skills
• Passionate about health & beauty and customer service
• Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills
• Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change

• You have a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths (national 4s for Scotland)
• You are not currently in any form of education, and you are available for full‑time shifts
• You haven’t completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
• You are eligible to work in the UK
• You are brand new to retail
