As an Affiliate Marketing Executive, you’ll take ownership of driving growth through strategic affiliate partnerships. You’ll plan, execute, and optimise campaigns, building strong relationships with partners to deliver measurable results. This is a hands‑on, dynamic role where your creativity and analytical skills directly contribute to the business’s growth.

• Plan, launch and optimise affiliate marketing campaigns to boost growth and brand awareness
• Build and nurture affiliate relationships to create long‑term, successful partnerships.
• Analyse performance metric and use insights to improve campaign ROI
• Manage affiliate networks and platforms to ensure smooth execution and growth
• Collaborate with marketing and cross‑functional teams to align affiliate campaigns with broader strategies
• Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to evolve our affiliate marketing approach

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing and building partnerships that deliver measurable results
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and optimise campaigns

• Experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels beyond affiliate (PPC, email, social)
• Familiarity with the tech or sustainability sectors
