Primary Role:
Centre Lathe Turner
We are seeking an experienced Centre Lathe Turner to manufacture carbon and stainless‑steel flanges using conventional lathes (not CNC).
Key Responsibilities- Face, edge, and bore profiled carbon steel blanks
- Set and operate lathes independently, including setting feeds and speeds
- Work to tolerances of up to 1mm (no single‑point thread cutting required)
- Ensure quality and efficiency with minimal supervision
Radial Drill Operator
The successful candidate will also:
- Set and operate a range of radial drills (3 to 10 capacity)
- Accurately set Pitch Circle Diameters (PCD) for flange drilling using a rotary table
- Work independently, setting feeds and speeds for each operation
- Proven experience on conventional lathes and radial drills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
