Maintenance Engineer (Progression to Supervisor)

Salary & Benefits: £40,000 - £45,000 + Overtime OTE £53,000 + Company Bonus + 33 Days Holiday + additional benefits.

Are you a Maintenance Engineer from a mechanical or electrical background looking to join a market leading company? Join us for hands‑on training on bespoke processing machinery, with swift and direct progression to a Maintenance Manager position within 5 years.

In this role you will be responsible for the electrical and mechanical maintenance of galvanising machinery such as filter pressers, cranes, chillers and conveyors. This is a varied role with preventive and reactive maintenance. You will receive management training and then advance directly into a Maintenance Manager position within 5 years.

• Compliance checks on all factory equipment
• Maintenance activities on cranes and factory machinery

• Monday‑Friday, flexible start and finish, 40 hours per week
