A well-established manufacturing specialist based in Wolverhampton is looking for a Factory Team Leader. In this hands-on role, you'll lead a team of 6-7 operatives while also participating in assembly tasks. Your responsibilities will include ensuring production targets are met and promoting a positive health and safety culture on the shop floor. Competitive salary between £30,000 - £35,000 and day shift hours from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
