Reports to:

Production Manager and General Manager

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as Production and Health & Safety Lead. In this role, you’ll manage health and safety compliance, oversee delivery and quality processes, and support production operations. You’ll play a key role in promoting a culture of safety, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining ISO standards. • Promote and manage health and safety practices daily, including maintaining records and compliance.
• Represent the company at Group Health & Safety meetings and manage Near Miss Incident reporting.
• Oversee delivery and quality processes, including vehicle maintenance, route planning, and transport compliance.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2015 and 14001 systems are maintained and updated.
• Liaise with production and sales teams to meet customer requirements.
• Assist the Production Manager with operational tasks, including supplier liaison for repairs and waste removal.

• Health and Safety awareness (IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent).
• Competent in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Full UK Driver’s Licence.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Forklift licence (desirable).
• Experience in the ventilation industry (preferred but not essential).
• Knowledge of ISO standards and transport processes.
