An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading steel manufacturing operation with key sites producing high-quality steel for the construction, automotive, and packaging sectors.
This is a hands-on maintenance role supporting a heavy industrial environment, ensuring electrical systems and equipment operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Electrical fault finding, maintenance, and repair of industrial plant and machinery
* Planned preventative maintenance and breakdown response
* Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
* Working in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Shift Pattern
* Alternating shifts:
Morning, Afternoon, and Nights
Salary & Benefits
* Starting salary: $34,904
* Rising to £36,109 plus a 20% shift allowance from day one
* Shift allowance applied immediately
* Opportunity to work within a well-established industrial operation
Requirements
* Recognised electrical qualification
* Experience with in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment (steel, metals, or similar preferred)
* Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
* Willingness to work rotating shifts
