You’ll inherit a talented team of 8 Audi‑accredited Sales Executives, supported by a strong and experienced management team with clear goals and direction. With consistently high enquiry levels across all sales channels, there is also further opportunity to grow the team and build on the department’s momentum.
We’re Hiring:Head of Sales | Stratstone Audi Wolverhampton Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team
- Drive volume, profitability, enquiry conversion and F&I performance
- Deliver a faultless end‑to‑end customer journey
- Maintain manufacturer showroom standards and best practice sales processes
- Manage departmental budgets and overall performance
