Our client is a leading name within the Water Hygiene / Water Treatment industry, who have a strong presence across the Midlands. They have recently grown their workforce, as such, they are seeking an organised and experienced Water Hygiene Supervisor / Field Manager, to oversee teams of engineers and ensure smooth delivery of contracts. Applicants must have strong hands‑on experience of undertaking ACOP L8 duties, and will be a natural leader who can think on their feet.
You will be joining a privately‑owned outfit who have a strong reputation within the industry. The successful candidate can expect excellent salaries and benefits packages.

- Must have experience working as a Water Hygiene / Treatment Operations / Field Manager
- Comfortable managing teams of engineers
- Strong hands‑on experience of undertaking Water Hygiene / Treatment duties
- Excellent industry technical knowledge (ideally including HTM 0401 guidelines)
- Great communication skills
- Good literacy and numeracy skill level
- Proficient in using IT software
- Overseeing the successful completion of all Water Hygiene / Treatment / Legionella tasks
- Managing teams of engineers, providing technical and logistical support
- Allocating works and scheduling both short‑term and long‑term projects
- Contacting clients to arrange site access and discuss ongoing projects
- Completing competency checks on engineers and making recommendations for any required training
- Leading toolbox talks and training for new and longstanding employees
- Ordering required materials and tools
- Assisting teams with hands‑on tasks, such as: TMV servicing, closed system sampling, shower head descales and tank cleans / disinfections
- Producing service reports and completing site documents
- Travelling to site to scope for new contracts
- Being a key point of contact for clients
- Troubleshooting any issues on site
