Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum

Amber Mace is recruiting on behalf of a well‑established and reputable care provider who is seeking an experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager to lead one of their services in the Wolverhampton area. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, passionate, and commercially aware leader to take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of a nursing home, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care in line with CQC standards.

• The overall leadership and operational management of the nursing home
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining a strong quality rating
• Managing, developing, and motivating a multidisciplinary staff team
• Driving high standards of clinical care, safeguarding, and resident wellbeing
• Managing budgets, occupancy levels, and financial performance
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, commissioners, and external professionals
• Ensuring robust governance, audits, and quality assurance processes are in place

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home setting
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes
• NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD) is highly desirable
• Confident leader with excellent people management skills
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and occupancy
• Passionate about delivering outstanding care and continuous improvement
