Salary: £30,000 & car allowance & uncapped bonus (double your salary as a minimum)

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Manager to support and grow all aspects of our Finance offerings. You will be central to all sales enquiries, working closely with the sales team to maximise performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will ensure every customer clearly understands the financial products and obligations they are entering into – always acting with integrity and consistently treating customers fairly. Flexible working patterns, including weekends, are part of the role to ensure we maintain the highest levels of service.

• Business Manager or an experienced sales consultant ready for your first step into management
• Strong financial and commercial understanding
• A proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire a sales team
