We're partnering with a well‑established, supportive children's residential provider that truly invests in its managers. You'll be trusted to open and lead a specialist 2‑bed home supporting children aged 8-17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties, within a calm, nurturing, child‑centred environment.

You'll be trusted to run the home day‑to‑day and set the standard for care, practice, and culture. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the safe opening and ongoing operation of a 2‑bed children's home
• Building, inspiring, and developing a committed staff team
• Creating a safe, trauma‑informed, child‑centred environment
• Maintaining high standards in line with Ofsted and Children's Homes Regulations
• Managing rotas, supervisions, budgets, and development plans
• Acting as the home's Registered Manager with Ofsted

You won't be micromanaged — but you will be fully supported.

This role is ideal if you are:

You'll also need:

• At least 3 years' experience in children's residential care
• 1+ year in a Deputy Manager or Managerial role
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
• Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and residential regulations
• A full UK driving licence
