What You’ll Do- Manage and inspire a team delivering high‑quality, frontline services.
- Coordinate innovative projects aligned to the Financial Wellbeing Strategy.
- Build strong partnerships across Wolverhampton to create sustainable solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure safeguarding standards are met.
- Empower residents to achieve financial independence and resilience.
- Proven experience managing teams and delivering multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a solution‑focused approach.
- Knowledge of financial wellbeing, income maximisation, and cost‑of‑living challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and motivate others.
- Degree‑level qualification (or equivalent) and commitment to ongoing development.
