Vector Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced CCTV Rig Lead / CCTV Rig Manager to join a specialist drainage contractor operating across the UK.

This is a hands‑on, field‑based role ideal for an experienced CCTV Drainage Surveyor who is happy with regular night shifts and working away from home. You will take full responsibility for a drainage survey vehicle and lead a small on‑site crew, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

This role will require working away roughly 90% of the time and working night shift 80% of the time.

• Lead and manage a CCTV survey crew on‑site, ensuring work is completed to specification and deadline
• Operate and maintain advanced CCTV drainage survey equipment
• Carry out pipe condition inspections and produce high‑quality survey data
• Accurately code defects using Wincan and prepare detailed reports
• Act as the main on‑site contact for clients and site managers
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards
• Manage and maintain the survey vehicle, keeping equipment organised and compliant

• Proven experience as a CCTV Rig Lead / CCTV Rig Manager
• OS19X certification – essential
• Strong working knowledge of Wincan and drainage survey techniques
• Full UK driving licence – essential
• Comfortable with night work, weekends, and staying away during the week
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety

• £174.67 per shift on days
• £225.58 per shift on nights
