Monarch Education is recruiting on behalf of a School in Wolverhampton for a School Cleaner
Are you a reliable and hardworking individual looking for a part‑time cleaning role? We are currently seeking a School Cleaner to join our partner school in Wolverhampton. The position is from 3 pm to 6 pm, providing an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive school environment.
About the RoleAs a School Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment within the school premises. Your work will help ensure a safe, welcoming, and productive environment for staff and pupils alike.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning classrooms, hallways, toilets, and communal areas
- Emptying bins and maintaining waste disposal
- Ensuring cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored
- Following health and safety and infection control procedures
- Using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
- Reporting any maintenance issues or hazards to appropriate staff
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
- Understanding of health and safety procedures
