We’re seeking a talented Conveyancer to lead a high‑performing in‑house conveyancing team within a leading organisation. As the Divisional Legal Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and inspiring a dedicated team responsible for delivering exceptional conveyancing services across new‑build sales, part‑exchange, and a range of related transactions.

• Lead a high‑performing in‑house conveyancing team.
• Manage and inspire a dedicated team responsible for delivering exceptional conveyancing services.
• Oversee a team of 14 professionals, driving excellence, efficiency, and a customer‑focused approach across all operations.
• Cultivate a motivated, collaborative, and high‑achieving team environment ensuring outstanding outcomes for internal stakeholders and clients.

• Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer, with strong expertise in Property Law and residential conveyancing.
• Proven experience managing and developing large teams in busy, fast‑moving environments.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on mentoring, training, and empowering others to excel.
