ECommerce Project Manager

We’re partnering with a fast-growing digital business to find a proactive and highly organised Ecommerce Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact online retail projects.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end ecommerce initiatives, working closely with development, operations, and wider business teams. You’ll be responsible for translating complex requirements into clear, actionable project plans, overcoming challenges with creative solutions, and ensuring every delivery drives measurable results and an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll be joining a well-established, experienced team who are passionate about exceeding client expectations. This is an opportunity to bring your own ideas, influence delivery, and play a key role in driving business growth.

What you’ll be doing

* Plan, run, and keep track of ecommerce projects using tools like Visio, Jira, and SQL

* Turn project requirements into clear, actionable plans that hit deadlines and budgets

* Use Agile and Scrum methods to keep projects moving smoothly

* Work closely with teams across development, operations, and other areas to get things done

* Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to make sure everything works perfectly

* Manage release schedules and make sure launches go off without a hitch

* Keep stakeholders in the loop and help negotiate changes when needed

What we’re looking for

* Experience in ecommerce project management (agency experience is a bonus, but not required)

* Solid understanding of software development processes

* Familiar with Agile and Scrum frameworks

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Confident communicator who can work with teams and stakeholders at all levels

* Comfortable running UAT and ensuring quality
