Recruitment Apprentice, Wolverhampton, West Midlands

We have an exciting apprentice opportunity within our Central Recruitment and Compliance Team, based in Codsall, Wolverhampton. If you’re passionate about healthcare and eager to develop your skills and earn whilst you learn in a supportive and nurturing environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing high volume applications, screening candidates to assess their skills and experience and booking / confirming interviews.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment database.
  • Writing and posting job adverts, and proactively sourcing candidates for priority vacancies.
  • Carrying out pre‑employment checks, obtaining references and  processing DBS checks to ensure all staff are fully compliant and have clearance to work.
  • Reporting on recruitment numbers and spend.
  • Liaising with colleagues across the business.

Previous experience is not essential – just a willingness to learn and develop, with a desire to succeed. This is a fast‑paced role where priorities often change, so it’s important that you are adaptable, have excellent communication skills, and can manage high levels of productivity. There are set targets in place, and you will be required to make a high volume of outbound calls to new and previous applicants (warm calls).

The targets are realistic and achievable for someone with the drive to succeed.

What We’re Offering
  • Full Time, permanent.
  • Office based (Codsall, Wolverhampton).
  • Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
